1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind after purchase. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To request a return or replacement, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at gurelaofficial@gmail.com with your order details.
Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Wait for our response. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items.
Orders where the issue is due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, wrong item ordered).
4. Replacements & Store Credit Only
If your return request is approved, we will offer:

A replacement of the same item (if available).
A store credit for future purchases (if replacement is unavailable).
5. No Cash Refunds
We do not provide cash refunds. If eligible, you will receive a replacement or store credit.

6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
