Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

  Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking 

  1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  2. We will notify the customer through WhatsApp with parcel details.
  3. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties And Taxes 

  1. shopgurela is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  2. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, etc.)

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:  

  We apologize if you have received a defective item.  

 Please notify us by email immediately on receiving a defective

 item to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the defective item.

 Once the returned item is received, we will provide either a full refund or send a replacement of the ordered item.


RETURN POLICY

 Returns must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks  of purchase. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

 You are responsible for return shipping costs, We are not responsible for lost items during return shipping.

 Only items in their original condition and packaging will be accepted.  

 Customers are required to pay the Shipping fees during Exchange product.
